This Shipping Policy explains how Global Academic Supply LLC ("GAS," "we," "our") ships orders, what it costs, when you can expect delivery, what happens if there's a delay, and how shipping works for our wholesale, dropship, FBA, and international buyers.

We ship from a single warehouse in the United States. Specific warehouse location is not publicly disclosed for operational-security reasons; the carrier label shows the routing facility, not our warehouse.

Order processing means the time between when you place the order and when the carrier picks it up. It does NOT include in-transit time.
Orders ship in 1–2 business days for all order sizes. Custom-source or back-ordered titles are quoted separately on the RFQ response.
Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding US federal holidays. Orders placed after 12:00 PM ET on a business day are treated as next-business-day orders for processing purposes.
Worldwide transit: 4–14 business days from the day the carrier picks up the order.
Total order timeline = processing time (1–2 business days) + transit time (4–14 business days).
The 4–14 business days transit window applies worldwide. International transit time excludes customs clearance delays, which are outside our control. Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, VAT, or import fees imposed by the destination country.
Free standard shipping on every order, worldwide. No order minimum. No fuel surcharges, no zone fees, no surprise add-ons at checkout.
Free standard shipping on all wholesale and institutional orders, worldwide. For wholesale orders, the shipping arrangement is locked at the time of RFQ acceptance and does not change for the duration of the order lifecycle.
International shipping is calculated at checkout (retail) or quote time (wholesale) based on weight + destination + service level. We do not subsidize international freight; buyers see the full carrier rate.
For institutional buyers ordering ≥100 copies internationally, we negotiate freight rates and may offer DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms in select destinations. Contact [email protected] before placing an international bulk order.
We choose the carrier per order based on destination, weight, service level, and current carrier rates. Buyers cannot pre-select a specific carrier at checkout for retail orders. Wholesale buyers may specify carrier preference in the RFQ.
Every shipped order includes a tracking number, sent by email to the address on the order:
If you don't receive the shipping email within 24 hours after the order's processing time has passed, check your spam folder, then email [email protected] with your order number.
When you sell via dropship through GAS:

If your order is delayed:
We do NOT charge re-delivery fees for the first attempt to fix a buyer-side address error. If a third re-delivery is needed, we may charge the carrier re-delivery rate.
If tracking shows a delivered package but you haven't received it:
1. Wait 24 hours — many carriers mark "delivered" before final placement.
2. Check with neighbors, mailroom, building front desk — common carrier mistake.
3. Email [email protected] within 5 business days of the "delivered" timestamp.
4. We file a carrier investigation. If the carrier confirms the package is lost, we ship a free replacement OR issue a full refund (buyer's choice).
For institutional buyers receiving multiple cartons, lost-cartons claims must be filed within 5 business days of delivery and include a copy of the signed proof-of-delivery showing the carton count discrepancy.
If the carrier returns a package to us as undeliverable (refused, address invalid, no recipient):
1. We contact you within 2 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
2. We offer (a) re-ship to a corrected address (you pay re-shipment cost), or (b) full refund minus original shipping.
3. If you do not respond within 14 business days, we treat the order as cancelled and refund minus original shipping + a 10% restocking fee on the merchandise.
Free standard shipping applies to every order, worldwide, with no minimum. The carrier-routed service level is determined by destination, weight, and the title's stock location. Carrier choice is at our discretion (see Section 9).
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always posted at globalacademicsupply.com/legal/shipping-policy with the "Last updated" date in the header. For wholesale and institutional contracts, the shipping policy in effect at the time of the contract remains binding for that contract.
