We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains when you can return items, how the process works, and what's not eligible.

You may return any book within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (minus return shipping costs, see Section 4) if it meets these conditions:
The 30-day window starts the day the carrier confirms delivery to your address.
Time from your shipment to refund hitting your account is typically 10β14 business days (depending on return shipping speed + payment processor).

If we made the error, we cover return shipping AND ship a replacement at no charge (or refund in full, your choice).
The following are NOT returnable:

For institutional bulk orders (5+ copies on a single SKU, or any order under a Net-30 PO), the return window extends to 45 days from delivery to allow procurement-cycle review.
For institutional orders we accept partial returns β return some copies, keep others. Per-copy refund applies pro-rata.
For wholesale-tier accounts and FBA-reseller accounts, please refer to your specific service agreement; return terms may differ.
If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all:
If you change your mind before your order ships, email [email protected] with your order number. Orders not yet picked from our warehouse can be canceled with a full refund. Orders already picked or in carrier handoff cannot be canceled but can be returned per Section 1.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method:
We do NOT issue store credit unless you specifically request it.
We sell brand-new books. We don't manufacture them. If a book has a manufacturing defect (e.g., printing error, missing pages, binding failure), the publisher's warranty applies.
In practice: email [email protected] with photos of the defect within 30 days of delivery, and we will arrange a replacement or refund directly without sending you to the publisher. We then handle the publisher claim ourselves.
If you disagree with our refund decision, email [email protected] with your order number and explanation. We will review within 5 business days. If we still disagree, the dispute-handling process in our Terms of Service applies β direct discussion in good faith, with all your legal rights preserved under your jurisdiction's law.
